Good questions
A little more clarity.
Is the price per person or for both of us?+
The total covers one person or up to two family members in the same household renewing at a similar stage, where we can coordinate the work. It includes each person's renewal and TIE preparation. More than two people, different routes or renewals that cannot be coordinated receive a separate written quote. A single application is not half the price: much of the preparation and follow-up is the same.
How does the online service work?+
Start with a short enquiry. After agreeing the engagement, we explain how to send your documents and guide you in writing. You obtain documents from banks, insurers and other providers, and attend your own appointments. We handle the professional review, preparation and authorised submission. Scheduled personal consultations and in-person assistance are not included in this online package; ask us if you need them.
Can you take over from the adviser who handled my first visa?+
Yes. Reviewing your current permission and the available earlier application papers is part of the service. If there is a refusal, substantial reconstruction or another complication, we explain the additional work and agree a separate quote before starting it.
When should I start?+
Contact us ahead of expiry so there is time to prepare. The ordinary renewal window is the two months before expiry and the three months after it; applying late can have consequences. We check your actual authorisation and dates.
Is renewing my TIE the same as renewing my residence?+
No. The residence authorisation and the physical card are different. For an ordinary non-lucrative renewal, the authorisation stage comes first; the next TIE follows a favourable decision.
What if I have already sent documents to your firm?+
Tell us. We will locate and review what we already hold before asking you for it again. A document being available does not necessarily mean it is still suitable for this application.
Does the fee include an appeal or a change of residence category?+
No. Refusals, appeals, changes of category and exceptional situations need a separate assessment and written scope. We explain any additional work before you decide.
