Your choices
Cookie policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
You can browse our services and send an enquiry without accepting analytics or marketing cookies. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choice.
This website is operated by Juan Antonio Bertomeu Valles, trading as Expat Abogados. Contact: legal@expatabogados.com. Full controller and rights information is in our privacy policy.
What the choices mean
- Strictly necessary: remembers your privacy choice and supports sending and checking your enquiry. These functions do not depend on optional consent.
- Analytics: optional and off by default. This version does not load a separate analytics service; choosing this category does not enable advertising.
- Marketing: optional and off by default. If you agree, we can remember the campaign or referral that brought you here and, where configured, load Meta Pixel to measure visits associated with advertising.
The banner offers Reject all, Configure and Accept all. Your choice is specific to this website and browser. Accepting marketing cookies does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and neither does sending the enquiry form.
Browser storage used by this site
These technologies include local storage and session storage as well as cookies. The names below help you identify them in your browser settings.
- easygroup:cookie-consent:v1— necessary local storage recording the categories you accepted or rejected and the time of your choice. It remains until you clear the site's storage or the consent version changes.
- easygroup:anon-id:v1 — necessary local storage containing a randomly generated browser identifier used to associate consent choices. It remains until you clear it.
- easyvisa-pending-enquiry-v1 — necessary session storage, created when you submit an enquiry. It keeps the submitted contact details, message and request reference while receipt is being confirmed. It is cleared on confirmed receipt or rejection. Attempts older than 24 hours are discarded when the form next checks them; browser session restoration can preserve tab storage until that check.
- el_first_touch — marketing local storage, only used with your marketing choice. It records the first permitted referral or campaign, landing page and time. It has no automatic browser expiry and remains until cleared.
- el_last_paid_click — marketing local storage for advertising click references and their dates. References older than 90 days are not used by the attribution helper; the stored entry may remain until cleared.
- el_visit_click — marketing session storage for advertising click references in the current tab. References are only treated as belonging to the current visit for 24 hours; the browser may retain the entry until the tab session ends or it is cleared.
Optional Meta advertising tools
When Meta Pixel is configured, it loads only after you allow marketing. It can receive the page visited, browser and connection information and advertising identifiers, and can set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Their presence and lifetime depend on the provider and your browser; inspect the expiry shown in your browser's cookie settings. See Meta's cookie policy and privacy policy for its processing, retention and controls.
Advertising information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards and your rights are explained in our privacy policy and the provider's information.
Change or withdraw a choice
Open Cookie settings, turn off the optional categories and save. We then stop using those optional functions under the saved choice. A change cannot undo information already sent. To remove cookies or entries already stored, use your browser's controls to clear this site's data; you can also block third-party cookies there. Clearing consent storage makes the banner appear again.
We record consent choices, including a browser identifier, selected categories, time and browser information, to manage and evidence your preferences. Such records are retained only as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations. They are separate from consent to receive marketing messages.
